Condenser Tube Leaks?
Helium leak testing is the fastest and most cost effective method for identifying condenser tube leaks. One leaking tube can be identified in a multi-thousand tube bank within a few minutes of entering the water box. Leakage in the tube sheet is also easily identified. Re-testing after plugging or other repairs are performed can be accomplished immediately. MediVac stocks many types and sizes of tube plugs. Just let us know the gauge, diameter and tube material and our crew will have them available during the test.
